  COOLANGATTA REALTY !!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE .... unit 830 ocean plaza. Rude ladies (Annette) in the office with holiday rentals! I accidently lost the boom gate card to ocean plaza ,not a big deal one would think.... but I spent all day sincerely trying to find it and trying to organise a new one with secure park. I informed COOLANGATTA REALTY about the loss and to see how I could rectify the problem only to be spoken to very rudely!!! They took $110 dollars off my credit card with out asking!!! Although the replacement card only cost $95 dollars!!! ( which I expected to pay for the loss) In the mean time a replacement card was given to the COOLANGATTA REALTY by owner of unit , they then refused to give me the replacement card that I just paid for!! I could not get my car out of the building and still had one more night before we had to leave!!!! They told me to pay more money to move my car into the shopping centre car park over night !!! I then went to the Ocean plaza staff which where very helpful and curtious they could see I was getting very upset by the whole ordeal they helped us ! Be very aware when giving credit card details to COOLANGATTA REALTY they add on 2% plus extra for everything ... they couldn't even do a direct deposit so I could pay for the weeks rent!! 2% plus extra on my credit card AGAIN!!!! I strongly suggest COOLANGATTA REALTY come up with a better action plan should this unfortunate event happens to anyone else! This matter could have been handled more professionally. Maybe some customer service training might help! Very disappointed overall.
