  Need mask to enter, wasn't told about it when I booked in, took time off work to come in, over phone abruptly not recommended for younger people, older folk medical centre, charge me for a cheap medical mask, Best of try Coolangatta medical centre , yes need a mask but she let me know on the phone when booking and happy said there are free masks provided

  We had a lovely experience with the lady in the pathology room. The American lady, sorry we didn't get her name. Very patient & willing to explain process... Thank you!

  Time for retirement for this guy. Also, receptionists are being way over paid. Don't go here. A warning for all readers.
  (Well I'm sure he wouldn't misdiagnose patients on purpose.....)

  I have recently moved to this area and have yet to arrange a regular medical practitioner. I had an accident at home and was bleeding profusely. I went to this clinic and asked for help. I was told there were only two doctors on and they were fully booked. I was told to go to another doctor or the hospital. I had to ask where the hospitals were and was told to go to Tweed Heads or further up the coast.
  I was quite upset and can only say I am very dissappointed in this clinic and cannot recommend it.

  Dr Fabian was amazing - He is the ultimate professional and has a great bedside manner . He really broke down the barriers and was a great communicator - friendly, understanding and thorough and went above and beyond in the consult and medical treatment .Anyone looking for a great doctor go to him for sure - you will not be disappointed . Best doctor ever !!! He is unbelievable - best doctor EVER!! His dad is a doctor too in the practice - go there!

  I am on holidays and visited this morning for the first time. I was disappointed by the abrupt “welcome” I had from reception (Karen). I was waiting on a blood test form (being faxed through from my Dr). I was made to feel like an inconvenience. I now understand that I couldn’t email through the form but all she replied was an abrupt “NO” instead of “we can’t actually do that because we can’t receive emails, etc- we can receive it via fax if you like?”.
  
  I don’t understand how people working with sick or ill people (who are already under stress) don’t know how to speak to their customers polietly. I am a professional myself (dealing with people of all ages). I want people to feel understood and cared for, not “shut down” on first response.
  Thank you to the other lovely receptionist who took care of me and treated me like a normal human being.
  
  Unfortunately though I would not recommend this place or be visiting if I need a Dr.
