Gold Coast airport car rental seems quite outdated and really feel I am living in the 80’s when I go there. It is 2023, time to wake up and for an update !
- Daniel Suco Added September 15, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I am a very recurring customer in this company, I always have good experiences except in the Gold Coast Airport office, they do not serve me well they have even canceled reservations and left me without a car at precise moments something that does not happen to me in the rest of the offices. I live in Surfers Paradise and I waste my time and money going to Coolangatta to rent a car to be denied. I can't use a car and I have to go back paying for public transport again in addition to wasting a lot of time on all this.

Was booked mystery car where is one of the cheapest type but I received a Mercedes GLC where only 16k. What an upgrade! I was so happy with Sixt and counter staff is nice to talk and warm welcome . I driven BMW at home , and this rental give me a great opportunity to try the Mercedes SUV where give me a direct comparison between the big 2 brands . To help me to decide purchase my next car. Great job team , I will come back to choose you guys for sure
